A-1 Cleaning Services was established in 1985 as a residential and commercial cleaning service. A-1 Cleaning
Service partners with distinguished homeowners, building contractors, realtors and renters by providing
professional cleaning services. Our employees are fully trained, licensed and insured thereby offering you peace

A-1 Cleaning Services gives quality service in a dependable manner. We personally do walk-throughs at the
beginning process and the end process on all property with my team leaders. We strive to meet and exceed

sub-contractors. One of our local contractors was fined over $70k for not having the proper paperwork on his
sub-contractors. We provide the necessary paperwork in the event that you are audited. We are in compliance
