Frank Lustberg joined A-1 Cleaning in 2013, and now runs the Operations Department of A-1 Cleaning. He has played a major role in growing A-1 Cleaning from a team of 30 to over 150 employees. Frank’s role within the company is to oversee all parts of quality control and strategic growth of the business. He specializes in retail cleaning and commercial office cleaning. Frank’s business philosophy is “Continued training and consistent learning. Happy and driven employees is what contributes to customer satisfaction and business success.” Attending seminars on Sustainability, Hygiene, Certifications (Green Seal, LEED buildings) are major factors in what helps Frank continuously improve front line operations. Frank graduated Cum Lade from Johnson and Wales University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Finance
